I enjoyed dealing with the seller. I had purchased a Casio watch late in the afternoon last Thursday (27 April 2023) online and chose to self-collect it from one of their outlets on 29 April 2023. Normally it would take 2-3 working days for items being purchase online to be delivered. But their friendly representative (Roan) who I contacted with through WhatsApp arranged for the watch to be available on time even though 29 April 2023 is a weekend. I appreciated very much that I managed to get the watch today (29 April 2023) and the friendly staff I had met at their Bedok Mall outlet.
